  • Experience with GMP, Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Employment Standards regulatory requirements.
  • Good man-management skills.

  • Computer Knowledge in MS office and ERP
  • Must have a good knowledge of dairy products, recipes, ingredients, process, value engineering across a range of products i.e. yoghurts, desserts, UHT, cheese, Ghee, Poly Pack, drinks and beverages.

PURPOSE:-

Briefly summarize the reason for the existence of the position. Planning, Budgeting/Forcasting, Financial reporting , MIS Reports , Cost analysis, Business planning . Responsible for leading the business unit's financial accounting and control activities to ensure the financial transactions, policies, procedures, practices, and systems, meet the unit's short term and practice guidance and local legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for creating and maintaining an internal control environment that complies with ourpolicies, practices and managing all internal and external audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage financial reporting ensuring
  • an efficient and effective period close process that deliver accurate information;
  • maintenance of appropriate supporting documentation;
  • Identification And Timely Resolution Of Complex Accounting Matters;
  • Review Including Monitoring Of Key Performance Indicators To Identify Insights
  • Compliance With All Our Finance Manual Policies, Recurring Reports Manual And Other Guidance/practices Including Compliance To Local Gaap/statutory And Other Local Legal/regulatory Requirements
  • Plan And Manage The Year-end Or Other Audit Processes With The Internal And External Auditors, Where Applicable, Including Timely Resolution Of All Findings And Comments. Serve As A Liaison With Specialist Teams (E.g., Treasury, Tax, And Currency Centers) And Ensure Appropriate Unit Compliance With All Related Requirements.
  • Manage and create a secure internal control environment, including appropriate segregation of duties,by providing leadership and expertise.
  • Be a role model for ethics, integrity and trust in all areas including ensuring identification of and appropriate responses to fraud and theft.
  • Manage accounting system(s) to enable compliance with requirements and produce accurate and reliable financial reporting.
  • Ensure appropriate segregation of duties, access, and controls can be managed within the system(s). Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and systems.
  • Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.Clearly communicate periodic, quarterly, and annual financial information. Identify, assess, and communicate risks and opportunities affecting the financial statements and forecasts.
  • Develop and delivery strong service level agreement for all transaction processes and establish a robust governance framework with the business segments.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations via setting clear objectives and supervising the activities of a team of specialists to ensure that the organization's transactions are accounted for appropriately, processed accurately and on time, and that report formats support decision making.

  • Should have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years experience within the food/Dairy industry
  • Candidates who are having the Dairy Experience shall be preferred.
Job Description:
  • Responsible for the hygiene of the processing facilities.
  • Conversant with GMP and GHP.
  • Conduct Inspection Tests & Analysis of Quality of Milk & Milk Products.
  • Implementation of SOP's & Adherence to ISO Norms and documentation.
  • Maintain guidelines for Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices.
  • Strive towards Continual improvement (or) refinement for Quality Standards / Practices.
  • Identify the competency levels of Quality Staff & Extend Training Program as per the schedule. Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
  • Provide leadership and expertise for food safety, quality and compliance within the facility. Manage quality initiatives, establish best practices, and implement programs to support current and new product and process development.
  • Lead plant inspection activities with government & regulatory agencies. Responsible for ensuring compliance within the facility.
  • Manage food safety and quality programs (HACCP, SQF) and ensure immediate action is taken to identify and resolve food safety/defense issues. Has back-up responsibilities for, and is backed up by, as defined by the Facility Org Chart and Back-up Responsibilities chart.
  • Ensure documentation files are complete and maintained on all HACCP deviations, corrective actions and outcomes. Initiate discussion with plant Associates to develop proactive approaches to reduce the chance of a repeat occurrence.
  • Provide leadership with mock recall and business continuity planning.
  • Develop, analyze, and communicate data and information concerning product quality performance.
  • Manage quality audits of the plant and coordination of required corrective actions.
  • Maintain and monitor quality assurance surveillance programs (water, air, etc.) and coordinate any corrective actions.
  • Development and continuous improvement of SOP's, SSOP's, Pre-requisite program, critical processing specifications, and electronic collection of production data.
  • Develop, maintain and share reports that clearly summarize and communicate information on product quality, in-process test results, and comparison/calibration data.
  • Partner with others in Operations Management and the Quality Assurance/Technology team and collaborate to increase product quality and safety.
