Lassi



Lassi is a fermented dairy product made from standardized Dahi/curd by diluted with water as per requirement. It is a rich source of whey protein, vitamins and calcium. The product is having huge demand in the summer months when mercury is rising and really quenches one's thirst during this season. It is used as a refreshing drink for the plain and sweet variant. Lassi is also used for making very popular food preparation called Kadhi.
