Milk Processing Facilities

Lakshya Milk Plant, based in Kandela, near Jind was inaugurated by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Haryana Ch. Bhupinder Singh Hooda on 31st March, 2010. The processing unit has a capacity of processing 2 lac litter milk per day. Along with 5 type of market milk, Lakshya is also producing Curd, Butter Milk, Butter, and Ghee& Ice Cream. Lakshya Food (India) Limited has ultramodern process plan which has the certification for Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2005), where it checks the food safety (HACCP) in entire food chain i.e. from production to consumer which include production, processing, distribution, storage and handling of milk and milk ingredients.

Good manufacturing Practices (GMP) for our manufacturing units are 'a given', they are part of our heritage of producing best quality and safe products. We maintain highest level of GMP and hygiene requirements for production and handling of safe products for our valued customers and consumers. Plant has been designed by Tetra Pak where all products are processed and packed in most Hygienic conditions. Milk is transferred to tanks after chilling. This standardized Milk is then sent for Pasteurization. We have State of art quality control laboratory which is having full facility of all type of testing which include Chemical, Microbiological and Physical testing. All the departments of Process plant have well qualified and experienced staff.
