Table Butter



Table Butter refers to product having 80% minimum milk fat. Butter is a good source of milk fat and has soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. Butter is prepared from pasteurized cream having fat in the range 30 to 40 %. It is used widely in breakfast menu and used as spreads in Bakery items.
